Thank you for your answer, I tried to use the same file you told me, and what happens that the translated words are not Arabic, it gave me a lot of squares symbol :( I'm really frustrated. Adds another challenge for arabic I guess. So you kind of have to know which line will each word land on.
If a language uses the same spelling than the English it is added in brackets. This list contain all available translation. Only add phrases if they differ from the English spelling. I suspect you will have to predict line breaks too? Because while you do read from right to left, you don't do that from bottom to top. Probably you need some system font set to arabic or something else in addition for that to really work out, but basically all you need is translate that file to arabic as it uses numerical index links to put the right text at the right place in game.
